Device service

A qualified service specialist performs various repairs and maintenance of cosmetology equipment:

  • Equipment maintenance/repair in case of failure, during the warranty and post-warranty period;
  • Call to the house in case of equipment failure (paid service);
  • Additional warranty options are individually adapted;
  • We accept all cosmetology and beauty devices for repair;

Non-warranty repair

After the warranty period of the device, we offer non-warranty maintenance and repair services.

  • A broken device can be delivered to the service center in Riga at (Madonas 21-85, LV-1084) or call the master to your home (the cost of the call in the city of Riga is EUR 20).
  • If a device malfunction is detected, a diagnostic fee of EUR 59 is applied (for small devices weighing up to ~ 6 kg), the diagnostic price for large devices is determined individually (from EUR 129,00). The diagnostic price is later included in the repair price, if the customer agrees to repair the device.
  • Diagnostics with a detailed statement (written) - from EUR 149,00.
  • If during the diagnostics it is determined that the device needs to be replaced with spare parts, or the owner refuses to pay for the repair of the equipment, the money paid for the diagnostics is not returned. Within 3-4 days, the customer must collect the cosmetology equipment.
