Ultrasound therapy

Ultrasound therapy is called ultrasound therapy. Ultrasound is a mechanical oscillation of more than 20 kHz spread in an environment with elastic properties. Doses of ultrasound equipment depend on the frequency of procedures, time, points of application, course of treatment, etc. Facial massage intensity shall be between 0.5 and 1.2 W/cm2. The treatment time of the full person is usually 5-10 minutes, the increase in the intensity or time of the procedure does not increase the efficiency of the treatment. The duration of the course depends on various diseases: eels 3-5 procedures, chronic disease like brown spots, scars, black circles around the eyes, etc.: one procedure in a day, course 10 procedures.

A stable (fixed position of THE emitter) and a labal (movement of the emitter in the impact zone) method may be applied in the course of the uz-therapy. The labyral technique is used much more frequently. The fundamental difference in the impact on ultrasound bikrolls, depending on how it is generated, is the depth of penetration and the mechanical impact of ultrasound on bikrolls differs significantly depending on how it is initiated and, as a consequence, the type of wave spreading. Ultrasonic waves can be longitudinal, transverse, combined. In the longitudinal wave, compression-discharge occurs along the direction of wave propagation. High-frequency cosmetology machines (up to 3,000 kHz) generate longitudinal waves. Ultrasound emitters are usually flat membranes that make mechanical fluctuations along the direction of wave propagation. The penetration of such a wave depends on its frequency and tissue density. At 800-1000 kHz penetration depth reaches 8-10 cm, at 2500-3000 kHz - 1-3 cm in transverse or shifting waves, elastic vibrations occur perpendicular to the distribution line. Transverse waves occur only at the boundary of the division of two media (e.g. water surface, skin-air boundary). The surface transverse BOND is stimulated by low-frequency cosmetology machines with “shovel” emitters fluctuating at frequencies up to 22-44 kHz. Ultrasound area improves blood and lympho circulation, accelerates exchange and regeneration processes, increases phygocytosis, and restores immunity. Ultrasound has a fibrous effect on compacted and sclerozed tissue, resulting in good results in the treatment of scars, keloids and contracts. Evidence for ultrasound therapy:
Chronic inflammatory processes (osteochondrosis, atroses, postheated fibrosis skin changes)
Traumatic and postheated scars, Celoid scars.
Cellulite.
Post-traumatic infiltrates and bruises.
Pigment stains.
